“..we have been serving concrete needs of Louisville for over 18 years…I have had a online presents for at least 3 to 4 years…and got a couple calls a week, so thought that was good, that was how it was supposed to work. Of course we have seen a significant INCREASE NOW, and we are pleased with that. I always ask where the leads come from and they are coming from the internet, but since I had a web presence before and now I have SEP Connect…I can see the difference… the CALLS are coming in. So I had to hire people to go out and look at those jobs…I had to hire someone to look at the residential jobs so I can do the commercial jobs. We are getting both and that is what we want a variety so we can pick and choose. We are getting 3 to 4 calls A DAY! not a couple a week but 3 to 4 a DAY. I’m getting my target market, which we are 80% commercial and 20% residential…I’m looking to add on people. I used to worry about what are we going to do tomorrow, what are we going to do next week…now I’m worried about how I am going to convince that person to wait for us for 5 weeks down the road. SEP Connect said they won’t use the same keywords…they’re looking out for me and protecting me… I would recommend it. There are so many people out there crying that they don’t have any business… and laying off people, WE are adding on people… I have the new problem, more work then I can handle!” WANT THE SAME PROBLEM?
